Our Story

The Yard Stop Garden Center has served as a community cornerstone for approximately 30 years, offering commercial and residential landscaping installation services, alongside a comprehensive retail garden center that supplies products and materials to both landscape professionals and DIY homeowners.

Our retail establishment features an assortment of plants, trees, equipment, and pottery, among other items. In 2024, we further enhanced our offerings with the opening of a new coffee shop, providing specialty drinks and hot coffee. The following year, 2025, marked the launch of Yard Stop Gives Local, an initiative dedicated to community engagement and philanthropy.

The Yard Stop hosts several annual events, such as our butterfly release event, where 1000 butterflies are released into our nursery ecosystem. We also conduct educational classes, including “Coffee with a Gardener,” and children’s events like Paint and Plant a Pot”. Our goal is to establish the Garden Center as a preferred destination where customers experience a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, akin to their own backyard. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, professional installation, and superior-quality materials. We will continue to strive to be the best garden center and landscape service in Central Florida.
