This warranty information applies to plants, trees, and shrubs purchased at The Yard Stop Garden Center.

ALL SOD AND PLANT SALES ARE FINAL!

There is no warranty if the plants, trees, or shrubs are not installed by The Yard Stop Garden Center.

Landscaping Completed by The Yard Stop Garden Center

Plants, trees, and shrubs installed by The Yard Stop Garden Center receive a one-year warranty.

• Receipt is required for warranty to be valid.
• First 30 days: 100% cost coverage.
• Remainder of the year: 50% coverage on material and labor.

Warranty Exclusions

The workmanship warranty for plants is void if damage is the result of any of the following:

• Acts of nature, including freezing temperatures, high winds, floods, or similar events.
• Neglect.
• Physical damage.
• Chemical burn.
• Lack of irrigation, insecticide, fungicide, or proper care.
